Corporate Volunteering
United Way helps companies get directly involved in improving their communities through year-round, flexible volunteer programs. We make it easy for your employee team to lend their talents and energy to local nonprofit organizations.
Types of volunteer opportunities:
- Hands on volunteer
events: Participate in a meaningful
volunteer activity tailored to your
company's interests and needs. Events can be light, medium, or heavy duty and range from helping an agency at an event to painting and landscaping.
- Start a collection drive at your company to help a community Impact partner distribute items such as food, school supplies, personal hygiene items, and blankets, to those in need. United Way provides support to get a drive organized.
- Holiday giving: adopt a family or buy toys for children who would otherwise go without. Our comprehensive list of service opportunities will match you with the season's critical needs.
